So, there's no event on the 17th but Manaka keeps saying something about her grandma and grandpa at the title screen. Then she says embarrassing after that, but I don't know what's "embarrassing." Does this signal an upcoming event that's not on the calendar or what?

It was Respect-for-the-Aged Day (敬老の日 Keirō no Hi).

Oh, I see it now. It's one of those events that isn't marked on the calendar with a picture. Do the girls have special dialogue for every event that doesn't have a picture on the calendar or is it just selected ones?

The day isn't marked by anything, but it was a day off. They do have dialogs for most of the events I think, don't they?
To complete na00's reply, Manaka says something along the lines of "Today is Respect for the Aged Day. Take care of your grandpa and grandma, alright? Otherwise it's gonna be embarassing".

Okay, so I have another question. Manaka sometimes wears this blue bikini swimsuit in plus mode on LP+. Is that one of her default bikinis? I've never given her that as a present before. How come she never wore it on our dates to the beach or indoor pool before?
