Basically, I've played the game trought the day 100, and nobody has confessed to me yet. Thats ok, the problem is: I saved the game just before the bad ending, and I just have the option to sleep and go to the bad ending, getting back to the game menu. Is there anything I could do about it?

Is there anything I could do about it? Nope, you failed. You have to start all over again. Next time, just focus on your favorite girl and don't waste your time with the other two. |

Ignoring everyone by day 100 means failure, restarting again won't affect anything.
as na00 said focus on one girl, if you want a 3 girl run, there are 3 save files, go for one in each file, although I wont recommend that unless if you have enough time for everyone...
One is time consuming enough sometimes...
