What does it take? I hardly ever get "Flower = Extremely good", it really depresses me.  Is it all SO random, no technique? |

Yes, it's completely random. In checkpoints, you just need to have the required amount of the parameter to get a flower, but in normal activities there's no way to control what you get.

just keep your stats at max and it seems to happen more often...

well, yeah, but as far as I could tell, keeping them at max seemed to give flowers more often...
it was either just dumb coincidence or maybe it has something to do with it....
