Hi guys.
I'm having a problem with my game. My japanese is not very good so i can't figure out how to fix this.
The thing is, I haven't had time to play recently so I ended up missing the christmas and new year's events. When i decided to play again, i decided i should change my 3DS date so that i could get the events, so i kept changing it day by day to go through christmas/new year/january days.
But sometimes, I couldn't figure out why, when I try opening the game, it complains about the date, and ask if i want to restart from the day it was previously saved. What triggers this?? I'm pretty sure i never tried opening the game with a date earlier than the last save date. And now my in-game time is a mess, how can i synchronize it with my 3DS again??
THANK YOU

If you have the version 1.2 of the game you can synchronize the ingame clock with your hardware clock using the big blue button in the Time Options.

But remember you can only "reset" / sync the time once a month, and you have 50 % chance that the games automatically try to correct the time by itself but it still displays the wrong time, and you can't manually reset the time again because the game's attempt to try to correct the time itself is count as "one" reset, so you're out of luck.. (happened to my rinko this month..)
Yeah it's a mess so be VERY careful with time travelling with NLP...

First of all, make sure your 3ds clock and date is right, just in case and as na00 said, the "reset" button available on the patch 1.2. When you load the game first time after the clean-up, if NLP detect that your 3ds clock right now doesn't match on the date you last save the game, then NLP will ask you to "correct" the date based on the last "correct" date on your save file, in this case it is 1st Jan 2013. If you accept the correction, the game will load, and then you can go to 「オプション」 -> 「時間」and click on「3DS本体の時計に合わせる」to "reset" / match your game clock to 3DS clock. If you still not doing these step, do that now, if succeed, the game time will now match with 3ds clock. Sometimes thought, the game will try to automatically "resetting" the game time with 3ds clock on their own. On my case when i go to 「オプション」and click on 「時間」 there`s a notice that i forgot what it said, but after the notice go away and i try to click on 3DS本体の時計に合わせる」 the game won't allow me to change it anymore, giving this notice 「時間変更を1ヶ月以内に行っています。時間変更は1ヶ月に1回だけおこうことができます。」(rough translation: you can do time modification on a month. Time modification can only be done 1 time only on 1 month) what funny is that i never load the save game on a period of over 4 month ago, and never click on the "reset" button, so i think that`s another bug for version 1.2 that can happen randomly. So be careful... But if you have click on the "reset" button and you have the above notice and your game still shows 1 Jan 2013 then congrats, you have encounter the bug. What you can do now is wait till April to reset the time again, like i do...

Yeah i have the same problem, still can't reset the time even thought the month is changed, maybe the reset system works by days elapsed not by month, anyone can help?

I guess it's more on 30days lapse before the new reset is optional again but I think I'll just wait since LPM isn't affected by the time mismatch and it still shows the exact date and time..RTM is the main problem though but I think I can keep up with it until the reset is functional again..
