How do you tweak the clock backwards when daylight savings time is over without making your girl mad? It's only an hour, but I don't see anyway to do it without angering her. This is a huge question, as the game doesn't recognize daylight savings time.

There's no problem with tweaking the clock an hour back as long as you don't go back before the hour of your last save file.
So, just save, turn your console off, wait an hour (or a little more, just to be sure) and then adjust your clock.
