Doubt about the .cia format of New Love Plus Plus

It works installing aIt works to install and play New love Plus or New Love Plus Plus in .cia format with the Fbi application in a non-Japanese 3ds console.?

If the .cia file is prepared correctly I don't see why there would be any issue for the file not working, I had to at some point create a .cia of this game with the files of the translation to test if it worked and it did successfully.
