I just bought my Takane edition regular 3ds ll..................... SDLKFJSDLFKJDSLFKJDSLFKSDJ. So is it a sticker or the design itself?

If you bought something like the first, yes.

You can always cover that with the hori/duraflexi TPU soft case. I have my 3DS LL in one of those, they are mostly transparent and very protective.
