The thing about the Hair Lenght email is that they don't change it right away, specially if they just changed it, hair doesn't grow overnight you know?
It has been like that since the previous games. You must insist until they finally change it.
As a test, I played through 10 dates in a row in skip mode, waiting for an email about hair length each time before scheduling a date. On most dates, she didn't change her hair style at all and I picked "change the length" each time. On two or three, she changed her hairstyle to the same different style in the same length category that she already was in (semi-long with a braid on each side). I picked "keep the current style" on those times. I'm almost 100% sure it didn't used to take this long for her to change her hair length, maybe 2-3 dates at most.

Yeah, premium date worked again for changing her hair length.
Anyway, I have a question about being invited to her room. From what I've read, it seems like you can get the "more together" text in the date description box OR the icon with the icons for hair check, clothing check, etc. However, sometimes "more together" won't show up. I just spent maximum hearts on a date and got the icons for both coming to my room and going to her room, but she only came to my room automatically and I never got a prompt or choice for going to her room. How does that icon function?
Location based achievements? Is it the one that unlocks when you Streetpass someone from his listed prefecture?
I might need to take a look at the achievements list again, but this is the only location related achievement that I can remember off the top of my head. I didn't think you had to actually travel anywhere ...
You could be right. I just saw the names of the prefectures in the list of achievements, so I thought you must do something like go online in a 7/11 in that prefecture or similar. Like in LP(+) (not sure which one) for those chibi characters.
Streetpassing someone makes it easier I guess... maybe to a point where you could "easily" cheat those achievements if you have access to another 3DS and the game?
