I just recently purchased a 3DS LL from playasia. They had NLP (brand new) advertised on their site and I placed a separate order for it since it was supposed to take about a week to get it from their supplier... Well, the bad news was that they removed the title from my order after it was placed, listing it suddenly as out of print/out of stock. I got my 3DS ealier this week, having only placed the order for NLP last night. So... I've ordered the hard copy of the game for 54.00 (new) from nin nin games along with Bravely Default: Flying Fairy (i know that's coming to the west but was eager to play it as a Japanese learning guide). So, while I'm waiting for that to ship, I'm also taking the liberty to download NLP from the eShop... I'm amazed at how big the file is, as my download has been going on for the last half hour and still not close to halfway done... How big is it? The game size, that is. ^.^ And I am sorry to hear that it went out of stock. I hope you have fun with it when it's done downloading. I'm having fun so far! Even if I can't read anything yet >.< The game came to about 2.4GB (patch 1.2 included). It took about an hour and a half on a stable wi-fi connection

from what I've read there's a problem if you both own the hardcopy and the downloaded version of the same game..i think it overlaps and will delete your other form's save and any game downloaded data and will try to re-download the game again or something along these lines(they created a save transfer tool but i think you still can't use both)...

It does seem a bit stupid, but then again, if you delete a game on the PSVita then you lose your save data as well, so..heh. What a lovely time we live in! Isn't just nice to see how high-tech the world has become in these days and age? xD
