Problem with Kaishou (Skip) mode after long break

Hello all,

after a (really) long break in playing NLP+ (June 2014...) I finally started up my 3DS again. Now the Realtime mode works as usual, everything is fine. But when I start the game in Kaishou mode it just restarts the whole game from the beginning (choosing room type, going to school, being introduced to the girls again, etc..). 
I have three save slots (one for each girl), regardless which save slot I use, when starting in Kaishou mode I start over from the beginning. When I then switch back to Realtime mode everything there is fine again.
One more thing I noticed (but I dont know if this is normal again): on the left screen on the upper line a circle says "Memory", where normally "Realtime" would display. I am not sure, but shouldnt it display "Kaishou" instead of "Memory"? (not sure here....)

Does anybody have a solution for this? Is this a normal behaviour after a 2 year break?

I think you're confused after the long break, Kaishou mode is not skip mode. In Kaishou mode you replay the preconfession part of the game without having to start a new game. So yes, it's completely expected behavior. You change between real time and skip modes ingame.

I think you mixed the memory mode and skip mode. From the girls selection screen you can enter memory mode, where you replay the pre-confession part. You enter skip mode from inside realtime mode in the options (at least that's how I remember it, has been a very long time )

Thanks a lot! Oh yes, it seems that I am REALLY confused..... the break was too long
Now that explains a lot..... I will check how to switch to Skip mode later this evening.
