Today, I had 10 successful kisses with Nene! So the game says that it gave me a present of a lolly costume. But I can't find it in the 'present' tab of the items section, or anywhere else.
What's going on?

That's not a present. You simply unlocked the costume. Your girlfriend may wear it as a reward for winning in rock-paper-scissors, as a reward for answering all questions correctly during a study date or randomly at the start screen.
