I have a question, why does the season alway winter when i try to start a new game cause i'm trying to get the Memory CG in spring, summer, fall

Because your DS system date is probably set to February. So it is winter.
For pre-confession CG just change your system date and start a new game. Changing dates post-confession is not recommended.

Yeah, the current season ingame is not chosen randomly. It varies acordingly with your current game system date.
Also, remember the game is set in Japan, so seasons are in the northern hemisphere order not in the southern one.
