LP+ is coded so differently than LP in a way that it can't be patched without a lot of things going wrong,
actually a member called tryantar is working at an attempt on carrying on Jjjewel LP translation to LP+
but this could end up an unsuccessful attempt and the member hasn't posted any more details on the progress:

sadly that elitegamerz link doesn't work anymore and there's no way to contact the author for more information,
also gbatemp seems to be down. there seems to be a Chinese LPP patch here: vndb.org/r18470

Yes but it means there is a hope for an english patch if it can be done and we also have a few Chinese members too.

About an English patch, I think is safe to assume that the project is dead.

There isn't a patch for love plus + that I've heard of. If there ever is one, I'm sure someone will post letting you all know, so there's no need to keep asking.

There probably never will be, for many reasons.

The game has so far detected previous attempts to patch it. It appears to function normally, then suddenly your girl will turn around and state she does not like pirates and game over. Well, this is what I heard a long time ago.

You will pick up on a lot of the same things in LP+ if you have played LP, you can also use an Android phone and Google translate to translate things you do not understand (using the camera).
