i think for cheats, when you choose where you live, make sure its somewhere you didnt choose before, get the girl, erase, and repeat

Get them from gifts from others, sending gifts don't erase the capsule from the original owner thus in fact results in duplicating them.
Edit. There're levels to capsules, bonus capsules you get are level 1. Level 1 gives you a capsule with a looping animation. Level 2 gives you the ability to poke the figure so that it triggers a special animation, the 3 bonus LP+ strap capsules are this level. Level 3 gives you 2 buttons you can press, the game'll play a recording with either Manaka, Rinko or Nene's voice depending on the fig. The recording tells the same thing as mentioned on the top screen and talks about a local specialty/ interest point.

So I picked up a certain outdated tv guide, well actually 5 of them. Go to collection and in the overview, hold L, press B, up, down, left, right, up, down, left, right, A. Directions're based on the way one usually holds a DS. TV Bros Rinko Capsule [Edit] Seems like the internet's full of these lists. Famitsu: Hold L+R and press Left, Up, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Down, B, A TVBros: Hold L and press B, Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, A Gemaga: Hold L+R and press A, B, Right, Right, Left, Left, Down, Down, Up, Up Shounen Rival: Hold L+R and press A, Right, Up, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Down, B Dengeki Games/ Dengeki G's Magazine: Not released yet Magazine Supplement: Not released yet Monthly Young Magazine: Not released yet

I just retried the Gemaga code and there doesn't seem to be a problem with it for me.

Apparently if you press the bottom left button when viewing the capsule toys, you'll get a black and white picture that might be hints telling you how to get other toys (Most of them have a "L+..." symbol).

If you have an Iphone, you'll be able to take pictures of it like the following augmented realitySo it looks like that is out of the DS and in real life

Love Plus+ Official Guide: Hold L and press down, up, right, left, left, right, up, down, A, B. Any idea if there's any way to get the normal ones? (other than visiting Japan) I know you get one free for registering your location so could I just make a ton of profiles and delete them once I use the machine? Also just by the way Independent Shonen Magazine is actually: Hold L+R and press up, up, down, down, B, A, left, right, left, right.
